Is this too much intensity??

Well I have been gettting awesome PI’s but I believe that my gains had slowed down.

Is putting a extra day in my routine too much for gradually increase the intensity??

Right now I’m doing 2 days on 1 day off. But after tonight I will be on 3 days 1 day off.

I will see how my PI’s are after my extra day of PE.

But do you guys think this is too much intensity?? Suggestions are highly welcome!!

Your P.I.s will tell you if it is too much intensity.

Just remember that it might take a week before you notice a drop in P.I.s.

Yeah that makes sense that I have to wait for week for negative PI’s.

I was wondering should I have a extra day off too like 3 on 2 off?? Would that be enough to stimulate growth??
