Is this too much intensity??
Well I have been gettting awesome PI’s but I believe that my gains had slowed down.
Is putting a extra day in my routine too much for gradually increase the intensity??
Right now I’m doing 2 days on 1 day off. But after tonight I will be on 3 days 1 day off.
I will see how my PI’s are after my extra day of PE.
But do you guys think this is too much intensity?? Suggestions are highly welcome!!
