1.warmup 2-3 min.

2.stretch in all directions and hold 30 secs, repeat 3xs

3.100 wet jelqs

4.jelq stretch

5.power jelq



This is for my first week. Is this routine ok? I already know it sucks but any advice?

Get rid of the power jelq. What do you mean by “hold”?

Repeating stretches 3x in all directions may be slightly excessive if you are doing each for 30 seconds. Consider doing them just once in each direction, or twice at the most.

Looking for that magic 6" of EL...
