Is this right for the LOT?

I can see the base penis movie the same when i kegel in like all directions. But if i look at the gland there is different movements, 12-9 a clock the penis glans seem to move closer to the body, while after 9-7 somewhere it goes more upwards. Is that my LOT?

I wouldn’t worry too much about the LOT. Focus on getting a good stretched feeling, try different angles, and if your unsure just stretch in all directions. Personally I like the downward stretches, they give me a good stretch and I’d say most of my length gains come from downward stretches.
