Well starting today I have 13 weeks (more specificly 92 days) until school starts again.

I’m 18 years old and I’ve been doing the wet jelq and basic stretching for about 10 days now and call me crazy but I think that I’ve already seen some progress..

Anyways.. My question is.. Is it possible for me to gain 1 inch in 2 1/2 (almost 3) months? Does it sound normal/realistic?

Like I said I currently do the wet jelq and stretch (both regular and v-stretch) EVERY day..

I jelq for about 33 min/day (990-1000 jelqs) and I try to stretch for about 10-15 min per day..

Length is more important to me (hmm maybe I should increse the length of my stretching sessions :/

Well is this achivable?

When I first started PE about 3 years ago, I gained about 1/2 inch in both length and girth in about 2 or 3 months. After that I didn’t gain anything for a long time. I have just started again. I think fast gains when first starting are possible, but after that it becomes much more difficult and you have to stick with it, which I didn’t do.

In the data site, you’ll see that some people quickly gain length, others girth, others both, others neither. And everybody eventually have their gains slow, some at 0.2”, some at 0.5” some (me) at 1”.


Start: 6.3 x 5.2 (Feb '05)

Now: 7.9 x 5.65 (gain 1.6 x 0.45) - SFL 8.6"

Well I believe that it’s possible and I’m going to try the best I can to reach that goal in those 3 months.. Don’t worry about it I’ll try not to overdo it.
Whenever I feel pain,discomfort, experiensing color changes etc. I’ll stop!

Also.. If I do alot of jelqs, will that make my penis any shorter?

And PLEASE feel free to tell me what YOU guys do to make YOUR penis longer!

Detrimental = it could STOP gains from happening, much like overtraining in the gym prevents muscle growth.

Lots of jelqs WILL NOT shorten your penis - but too many could stop it growing.

Do stretches, they will help a lot.
Say 20-30 mins of stretches a day. Regular, JAI and V stretches I’d recommend.

Don’t try the advanced exercises until at least 6 weeks in.

Good starting length, is that a Bone pressed size? What is your erect girth?

And the erect-girth thing, I’m going to have to get back to you on that one..

I’m suppose to measure around the middle part of the shaft right?

And yes the rules was pressed all the way into the pubic bone when I measured my length.. But if I do alot of workouts, (but like you said not TOO much) then I don’t really see any problem with acheiving a length of 20 cm (7.88”) in 3 months (right?)

Measure erect girth mid shaft, thats the norm…

More workouts doesnt equal more growth.
Growth depends on genetics

Possible: yes
Normal/realistic: The majority of guys that do everything right and really work hard at PE will not gain an inch in 3 months.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

Divide your routine by 3 and start there. So stretch for 5 minutes and jelq for no more than 10.

What you are doing now is the equivalent of just learning how to snow ski and going to the top of the mountain to ski down the black slopes. I other words, you are headed for trouble.

Beginners start at the beginning. There is no other way.

But I started jelqing for about 20 min at first and stretched around 10 maybe and then I incresed..

Right now it’s going just fine and I’m very careful about my thingy so I don’t hurt it or anything..

I always warm up properly and check for any signs of injuries after every session..

But I can see what you’re getting at.. The penis will eventually get stronger and be able to handle longer and harder “workouts”

And b.t.w what do I have to do to post my topics and replies in other sections, not just the newbie section?

My routine is a combination of pumping and jelqing.
