I’ve just finished my routine, which now concentrates on stretching at low angles. I use a stretch I mentioned in an earlier thread where a lift my leg up on the side of the bath to get a really intense lig stretch etc

My question is this;

I’m feeling a little sore at the base of my dick, it doesn’t hurt just feels a little sore when I touch it. It’s not sore any where else along my shaft.
So is this normal after intense stretching?
And does it mean I’m doing things right?

I got the same yesterday morning and had sex last night with no problems but just want to make sure I’m doing things right

I’ll bet you will see some gains soon. Mine was also like that a little before my newbie gains.

Before PE: NBPEL 5.50" x EG 4.30"

Current: NBPEL 6.50" (BPEL 7.5") x EG 4.6" (head EG 5")

Goal: NBPEL 7.00" x EG 5.25"

Sore is usually good. Pain is not. There is a fine line between the two, and you better know them. It is just like weightlifting, you know how you are sore for the next couple days after a good workout? That means you did well, but any kind of “pain” means you overtrained probably. After some time, you’ll be able to distinguish between soreness and pain.

It kind of feels how you would after a work out but obviously I’ve never done this sort of workout before so it feels different.

Any way I just had sex tonight and all was fine, it stops feeling sore a few hours after I work out.

When I hanging 4-6 hours on a daily basis, the most exciting feeling was my abdomen region seeming like I’ve been worked over in a back alley with a baseball bat or healthy mule kicking the shit out of me. I always felt and still feel that soreness is fruitful.

I don’t feel quite that sore AH, but I see what you’re saying!

Does anyone have any idea of what sort of gains I could expect to see within the next couple of months?

I really want to hit 7 for summer time, and my 21st, which is 18th of July.

I’m currently at about 16-16.1cm so I want to break 17.8cm

I think this is a realistic goal but what do you guys think, after all I’m a newbie to this!

P.s since I’ve been using the stretches I devised I’ve noticed some pretty quick gains in the last 10 days or so, in the region of 0.2Cm’s, which sounds great to me

Just want to reinforce what has already been said. I have had the exact same soreness as you for the past several days. It worked itself out and I really didn’t have to take a break. I just chalk it up to growing soreness (no growing pain, pain bad).

An inch in 4 months isn’t unrealistic. Keep at it, stay diligent, and don’t hurt yourself and you should reach your goal. Good luck to you.

Ive been using these stretches now for around 6 sessions, and they feel great like im really stretching the ligs!

I do a 1 minute stretch (with low stress to ‘lossen’ the ligs a bit) in each direction before i do the higher stress stretches.
then with the higher stress stretches i do 30 seconds in each direction and peform these 5 times in each direction.

so in all i get 2.5 minutes in each direction (which is down, left, right)

hopefully in a couple of weeks i can either perform more stretches or stretch for longer each time. but im taking it easy because i can really feel something happening and i dont want to over do it
