Well I started my first regimen two nights ago and the first night my penis was rock hard when I had sex with the girlfriend (although I did take yohimbe), last night though after no workout my erection was quite week. I like to think it was because I did a bunch of kegels but I don’t think that could do it. So my question is has PE worsened any ones erection in the beginning? And if so for how long?

Of course not!

It’s the same if you start exercising and go to the limit. Your body will be weakend and not respond so quickly. So you lay off, or take it very easy, until you recover.

Then you start again and take a bit more care. And start to gain.

Just take things a bit more easy

Doing ‘a bunch of kegels’ could certainly weaken your erection until the muscles have recovered.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
