Is this lig soreness

If I lightly rub my skin it isn’t sore but if I push a bit harder I’m sore under neath my skin, is this my ligs that ache and are sore from hanging?

I gauge my ligament soreness by doing stretches. If it feels a bit sore at the base, I know my ligs have been worked.
