Is this DHT cream stuff legit?

Is this stuff legit, I assume no because from what I’ve read here everything on the web that claims to enlarge is bull, but I heard when you are in puberty if your penis isn’t growing doctors may prescribe testosterone cream to help enlarge it.

If this stuff is not legit, are there any such creams that doctors prescribe and what are they called, and if I’m 18 and still may have some minor growth left, could this maximize my potential?

I thought dihydrotestosterone is what caused baldness. DHT is when stress hormone combines with testosterone (metabolite as they call it) and then attacks the hair follicle. As I understand it anyway. I’ll just stick to PE as it seems to work without the hair loss .

Did the DHT on micropenis simply spur growth because there was not enough in the body to spur it, or does it literally influence how much growth takes place?
