I am following the newbie routine with manual stretching.

No. Too many days off. You will have a “reset” after such a long break each week. Try 2 on 1 off.

That was my fear, unfortunately those are my best days to PE. The other nights I spend with my girlfriend and she doesn’t know that I PE. I have read on these forums that many guys tell their girls about PE, but I don’t think that mine would respond favorably to it.

So is the routine that I suggested completely worthless?

I completely agree with WhiskeyFish. Try at least some stretches in one of those 3 off days that come in a row!

I can’t say for sure it wouldn’t work. Just give it a try and see what happens. I do agree with the suggestion of fitting in some stretching on one or two days would be ideal. You’re probably having sex with the girlfriend so you don’t want to overwork your unit.

I’ve told my wife about PE because it makes things easier but if I were single I’d never tell a girlfriend.

I also say do some light stretching on days off, just to keep things loose.
