Is this an exercise
I’m trying to figure out if this is an exercise or if it closely resembles a ULI or I’m just trippin. I was doing my routine when I (semi erect) grabbed my penis at the base with my whole hand and squeezed hard. I slowly pulled towards the glands and became phat and hard and I just held it for about 20 sec. The base was soft. Please give feedback if I’m wasting my time. I’m wondering if this will help my mid shaft girth.
