Is this a good routine?
So for a few months I’ve just been using a penomet pump, I didn’t see to much gain so I started looking into manual PE. So here’s my routine when I get home from work.
Stretch straight down 1min, down to the left 1min down to the right 1min.
Stretch straight up 1min, right 1min, left 1min.
Stretch straight forward 1min, right 1min, left 1min.
Then use my penomet for 30min.
Like I said I just started the Jelqing and hand stretching today so hopefully this will help me see gains.
