So for a few months I’ve just been using a penomet pump, I didn’t see to much gain so I started looking into manual PE. So here’s my routine when I get home from work.
Stretch straight down 1min, down to the left 1min down to the right 1min.
Stretch straight up 1min, right 1min, left 1min.
Stretch straight forward 1min, right 1min, left 1min.
200 Jelqing
Then use my penomet for 30min.

Like I said I just started the Jelqing and hand stretching today so hopefully this will help me see gains.

Little advise for manual PE.. You may feel loss of EQ, I did even when my stretches were just 5-7 seconds long.

So be careful in reading feedback to your penis.

EQ? Sorry I don’t know all the terms yet lol. I also have this probably where my penis always turtles when flaccid. I ordered a AB Anti-Turtle sleeve so hopefully that will help me over come that.

Erectile quality like better longer erections, erections when you want, all the positive things. With stretching i felt loss in them although it was temporary but i could feel it easily. So avoid overworking your unit. If you get any negative indications read posts here.

I’ll keep on eye on it but I’ve never had any problems getting an erection. I’m far from a virgin and all it takes is my wife to just touch it and I’m rock hard, idk if that’s a good thing or not lol.

I am new here, and to PE, so any advice to those who have experience is appreciated. I want to increase length and girth, but girth is a bit more of a priority. I have been doing Jelq’s, Uli’s, and simple manual stretches. As far as hanging exercises, I don’t know if and how much it should be incorporated, but the idea of walking around like that just doesn’t appeal to me.


Starting: 6.5” NBPEL, and 5” (8/18/14)

Goal : 7.5 x 5.75

Well I broke my wrist so PE has to go on hold, all I can really do is stretch with my one hand, can’t really get my pump on :/

Oh man, that sucks. It’ll happen. Hang in there. No pun intended.

Thanks guys, it sucks and hurts but shit happens. I’m going to do my best to do stretches and try to get my pump on(its a penomet, so it will be hard one handed) but I guess even if I can get it on half suction it’s still better than nothing.
