So, I discovered PE about 1-2 months ago. Started doing it, but only half heartedly. I’d miss days and stuff. But my new years resolution to myself is to go at PE full force! I started yesterday!

So, right now I’m at about 6.0x4.5. My goal is 7.0-7.5 inches of length and 6.0-6.5 inches of girth. First off, I realize individuals all have different growth potential. But, in general, would you say my goal is realistic?

I found a routine in another thread and thought I might just try copying it and see how it goes. Except, I have one question about the routine. I would like to add clamping. When would you suggest I start clamping? Here’s the routine:

Month1: 10min manual stretch/10jelq/kegels

Month2-3: 20min manual stretch/20min jelq/kegels

Month4-8: 30min manual stretch/15min jelq/30min power jelq/kegels

Month9: no manual stretch/15min jelq/30min power jelq/kegels

Month10-11: 30-40min hanging/5min jelq/20min power jelq/20min power squeeze/kegels

Month12-13: 60mins hanging straight down(15-17.5lbs)/5min jelq/10min power jelq/30min power squeeze/kegels

Month14: 2hrs hanging straight down(15-17.5lbs)/5min jelq/5min power jelq/15mins power squeeze/kegels

Do you guys think that’s a good schedule? Would you change anything? And what about clamps?

It’s always hard to say which kind of routine could do best for people. My advise would be just try the newbie routine for a few months, maybe alter it a bit to your belief, and keep precise records of your length and gains. After a few months, change the routine and do the same. You got to find out what suites your dick best, good luck!

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.

Sounds like it, and don’t forget the warm up :D

Order of jelq stretch

Can any of the senior members comment on the order that jelqing and stretching should be done? To me it seems like stretching after jelqing makes more sense. For instance, if I were to work out with weights, first I would run on the treadmill to get the body warmed up; then I would do the weight lifting exercise; and lastly I would stretch.

Jelq first because you need a partitional erection with that and don’t with stretching.

I only wonder why you made up a routine for a year from now? What if you reached a (final) goal after, for instance, 9 months or someone invents a new technique that you want to use? Relax and strat with the newbie routine and make your personal routine after at least 3 months. I also advice you to use manual exercises before using devices because it is safer.

1. Anything is possible- your goals aren’t extreme and have been met and exceeded by others starting with far less- search for threads by YGuy

2. Regarding routines- don’t reinvent the wheel as a newbie- do the newbie routine as written for a month and get to know your best friend better then you’ve ever known him before.

3. If you’re getting great gains from a routine then why would you change it- ride a routine to the end before you change.

I started PEing December 1st, and after two weeks I had already added clamping. It felt comfertable, nothing got hurt or damaged.

-Here was my routine for my first two weeks:

Hot Wrap: Rice Sock in Microwave for 1 minute and 5 seconds, held against penis for 5 minutes.

2 sets of: Stretching 6 directions, 1 minute each, 30 minute break in between each direction stretch.

30 minute Jelq: 3 seconds each stroke

2 workout days, 1 relax day.

After two weeks, I decided to include clamping, since I am, admitedly, a very impatient person. I like to see gains quick. I have already gained .25 inches on my penis (from 6.75 to 7 now BP).

-After two weeks:

Hot Wrap: Rice Sock in Microwave for 1 minute and 5 seconds, held against penis for 5 minutes.

3 sets of: Stretching 6 directions, 1 minute each, 30 minute break in between each direction stretch.

30 minute Jelq: 3 seconds each stroke

3 sets of: 5 minute Clamps 5 minute break in between each 10 minutes

2 workout days, 1 relax day.

It’s not recommended to go this fast in upgrading exercises. But like I said, I’m an impatient person. I’m ofcoarse careful with my shiznits, and when I feel the slightest feeling of anything other than normal than I always examine it and will only continue if I think 100% I can take more.

-Start of this new month:

Hot Wrap: Rice Sock in Microwave for 1 minute and 5 seconds, held against penis for 5 minutes.

3 sets of: Hanging for 20 minute minutes, with 5 minute break in between each 20 minute set.

That’s my routine so far, started it yesterday. So yeah, just pick up what yuou want, but again, be careful. You and I are both noobies when it comes to this, I’m just the stupid one =)

It’s a shame that no one here at Thunder’s has ever put together a ‘canned’ routine that might be appropriate for newbies.

Keep one thing in mind as you hurry past all the productive newbie stuff that advanced guys have to take long breaks to benefit from again- what are you going to do once your custom advanced beginner routine gains slow down? Add MORE clamping? Add MORE Jelqing? Add MORE PE until you are committed to FOUR hours a day [you already have over two hours on your new schedule]?

I can appreciate your impatience- that’s how I slowed my own progress and got T-veined. But PE ain’t a sprint, it’s an ultra-marathon.

Be the tortoise, not the hare- remember who won. Search through the archives for the old stuff, look at YGuy’s thread, learn about PE before you rush in where angels fear to tread.
