Is this a good routine
So, I discovered PE about 1-2 months ago. Started doing it, but only half heartedly. I’d miss days and stuff. But my new years resolution to myself is to go at PE full force! I started yesterday!
So, right now I’m at about 6.0x4.5. My goal is 7.0-7.5 inches of length and 6.0-6.5 inches of girth. First off, I realize individuals all have different growth potential. But, in general, would you say my goal is realistic?
I found a routine in another thread and thought I might just try copying it and see how it goes. Except, I have one question about the routine. I would like to add clamping. When would you suggest I start clamping? Here’s the routine:
Month1: 10min manual stretch/10jelq/kegels
Month2-3: 20min manual stretch/20min jelq/kegels
Month4-8: 30min manual stretch/15min jelq/30min power jelq/kegels
Month9: no manual stretch/15min jelq/30min power jelq/kegels
Month10-11: 30-40min hanging/5min jelq/20min power jelq/20min power squeeze/kegels
Month12-13: 60mins hanging straight down(15-17.5lbs)/5min jelq/10min power jelq/30min power squeeze/kegels
Month14: 2hrs hanging straight down(15-17.5lbs)/5min jelq/5min power jelq/15mins power squeeze/kegels
Do you guys think that’s a good schedule? Would you change anything? And what about clamps?
