Is this a good routine for time

Hey. So earlier this school year I tried doing PE 4 days a week, but it so hard because I’m 18 and I can’t be sitting in my bathroom for an hour and a half. I think I made miniscule gains, maybe .1 to .15 in length and no clue about girth. But I was looking up good excercises and I was wondering if this was a good and time effectve routine

5 mins warm up with warm shower water.
4 sets 20 jelqs with 2-3 second reps
3 sets 10 second Horse 440
4 sets of 15 JAI’s.
Maybe 2 sets of 5 sadsak slinkies each way (up down left right)

Opinions? Main goal is girth, but I want a little length too.

Acehunter , did you do the newbie routine? You can learn a lot about the very nature and make up of your penis. Don’t rob yourself of that routine if you haven’t given it a try. If you don’t mind me asking what was the hour and a half routine?

I did the newbie routine but I would get hard and have to wait. I would be in the shower like an hour doing a routine. Plus actually washing myself.

Oh you mean you get a boner while doing the exercises ,well the only way to not get a boner’s is to masturbate or edge 30 min before doing any PE. I have the same issue. :)


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Acehunter looking at the above routine that you mentioned you have a jelq time to 2-3 second reps or holds , I would slow the jelq hold down to about 8 seconds nice and slow strokes with an overhand grip with bottom open focusing each stoke on the sides of the tunica . I would not use the ok grip. And I would also alternate hands every 10 strokes , for comfort. Jelqing is good for girth also. And I wouldn’t do more than 2 different exercises at a time so you know how to evaluate what works and what doesn’t.

I DEFINITELY don’t have another 30 mins, and if I masturbate before I get so unmotivated to do any PE/

So like an upside down you? Why would you recommend that? I’m curious. Also. So how about about 50 8 second reps, and 3 x 10 second horshoe440? Is that enoguh? Or do you think I should do more? Sorry, I’m pretty inexperienced

Hmmmmm there is no other way for people like us , I get instant boners while stretching and jeqing. only way to stop them is masturbation or edging .

I mean I’ve gotten better. I gues my body knows when its not time to bust. I just need to cut my time down. Thats my bigger issue. I’m not trying to rush to get gains but I have give or take 20 minutes

Yes like an upside down you. I’m not that good with biological terms but try doing a search on the overhand you grip and you will get the answers. Second because of the lack of experience I would just stick to jelqing and some light stretching until you have some more experience. Those advanced exercises , what that actually means is that gains are a lot harder to come by, not easier, and there more dangerous.

Ah ok. So ill do some regular newbie routine stretching, maybe include some JAI’s? Those didnt seem too bad right? And then ill do as many 8 second jelqs as I can. Ill prob alternate regular and you shaped, to get some variety. In my time ill aim for like 80 ish.

I jelq with higher erection level and has did some good for me. So if you get erections while peing try peing with erections. Stretches are tricky. I literally watch my stopwatch app in the most nonsexual way possible to prevent erections while stretching. I also do a few jelqs here and there throughout the day. I’m new as well so my advice isn’t the best by any means but it has worked for me so far.

Jelqing with an erection level below 40%=length gains.

Jelqing with an erection level above 60%=girth gains.
