Is this a good routine for time
Hey. So earlier this school year I tried doing PE 4 days a week, but it so hard because I’m 18 and I can’t be sitting in my bathroom for an hour and a half. I think I made miniscule gains, maybe .1 to .15 in length and no clue about girth. But I was looking up good excercises and I was wondering if this was a good and time effectve routine
5 mins warm up with warm shower water.
4 sets 20 jelqs with 2-3 second reps
3 sets 10 second Horse 440
4 sets of 15 JAI’s.
Maybe 2 sets of 5 sadsak slinkies each way (up down left right)
Opinions? Main goal is girth, but I want a little length too.
