Is this a good newbie routine+extender?
Hello everyone. My starting stats are only NBPEL: 4.5, BPEL: 5.1 and MSEG: 4.3.
It is very depressing. This has taken a huge toll on me mentally. My goal right now is to hit NBPEL: 5 and BPEL: 5.6 and MSEG 4.6
I am following the newbie routine and adding bundled stretching and possibly adding an extender for 4-6 hours per day to maximize possible gains. I don’t know if this routine is too much or not so I would like your guys input. This would be my first time doing PE but I want to make the most of my newbie gains. So if adding an extender isn’t detrimental, I would like to include it.
I will be doing Manual PE and extending 2 days on and 1 day off
5 minutes hot wrap
5 mins of bundle stretches (moving up to 10 mins eventually)
Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
