Its time now to pop this cherry, I’m new and this is my first post. Now straight to business, there is a supplement I’ve been using for workout stretch marks called “Collagen Enhance” fruit chews. Anyway, It says on the front that it promotes skin elasticity and firmness which sounds promising enough.

Does any vet know if these collagen chews are beneficial for PE efforts? It could well be a new fad capitalizing on older women’s fascination with grape and acai berry bullshit, but both times I’ve been in there the guys at GNC told me they were good. (Of course their a little bit biased, kinda like when strippers tell you that you’re cute) I’ve just recently seen this at GNC and it is not available on the body building website. Below is a list of the main ingredients.

-Hydrolyzed Collagen Type II (150mg)
-Chondroitin Sulfate (50mg)
-Hyaluronic Acid (25mg)

You might be better off using a product called great lakes gelatin.

It’s the best collagen supplement I’ve used. And usually much less expensive. The amino acid profile is better than the other collagens I’ve compared it to as well and the cost to these others was about half.

The downside? In water it tastes like drinking sand. But in a smoothie you don’t even know it’s there. You can add your own hyaloronic acid for 10-20 bucks too.

Doesn’t seem to make a difference in my PE, I’ve been taking it for years but gain sporadically.

Thanks I’ll have to look into that. I didn’t think that it would make that big a difference anyway but I may stick with it if I see some good results.
