Is there such a thing as stretching too much?

Is there such a thing as stretching too much?

I;m only after length gains. I’m currently at 5.25 ENBPEL and 6.00 BPEL. I was wondering if the penis would repair much easier with only stretching. And if all day stretching light stretching is out of the question because it doesn;t allow time for the penis to repair itself.?

It’s fine for you to do light stretching all day. I do 1 minute stretch or jelq everytime I go to toilet.

Keep a rice sock in your pants in order to keep your member warm. I stretch for four to six hours wearing a extender. I keep a heated rice sock on my unit as mush as possible. Especially when I take the extender off.

You could stretch for 15 mins and apply a wrap while your penis is in a stretched position. I also do this when I take my extender off to prevent my unit to shrink. This allows me to get a good stretch when I reapply the extender.

And what about overdo?? After all we are newbies.

You will know once you overdo as your penis will not be able to get 100% erections. Practice makes perfect :)

Think completely opposite of your current ideas and you will be O.K. There is no such way to stretch too much, it’s counterproductive to give the healing process top priority when length gaining. Girth work is a much different story. If you want length gains bad enough, you could look into hanging after you wear your arms out.

what strecher would be good for an all day stretch?

The best way to tell is end your workout with an erection and edging, it tells you if you have overdone your unit.

I feel that it is on the break days that the actual growing takes place. I guess everybody is different but for me I keep growing on the break days as the unit heals. So two days off here and there is definitely worth it. If you go to long without a break you will just wear your unit out I think.
