I’ve found an easy way to remember to do my kegels. I do them during my routine. I do them while I am pumping. While in the pump, I do several intense sets. It also increases blood circulation while in the pump, and I definitely have noticed the positive effects of doing it this way. I even do a few more sets while I am clamping, as clamping is also a part of my normal routine also. I’ve been doing them like this for about 3 months now. I always used to struggle to remember to do my kegels later in the day, usually forgetting to even do them at all, probably 3/4 of the time.
As for doing too many kegels? I’ve heard it might be possible to do too many, I forget where I read that though. Everything in moderation, I don’t think it is good to over-do anything. My .02 cents anyway…
