Yea, I wasn’t disagreeing with you. Just saying that (assuming kegals work in the same way strength training works on your extremities) it’s more about the relatively small size of the muscle than anything else.

There isn’t something different about the muscle fiber make up?

The recovery a muscle needs is influenced by many factors : the kind of fibers (red and white), the size of the muscle, the position in the body etc. etc..

So said, recovery time apart, a good first point would be : “Kegel’s fatigue muscles, so there is a chance you can overdo them.”. Can we all agree on that? To what extent?
