I juz started my newbie routine for 1 week, this is the second times I felt my glans pain (mostly on top side, disappear after minutes).
Pain started a couple hours after the routine.

Is it the jelq not suit to me?? What should I do now?

Shooting pain and minor pain that doesn’t last long is probably OK. Generally pain is an indicator of bad things if it’s more than that.

Are you seeing or any physical differences, like large bruise like marks or bulging?

On a pain scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is the worst pain you can imagine and one is the least, where do you think your pain lies?

Is minor pain( pain scale is about 3-4) and there is no any physical difference..

Is the second times it feel pain, so should I rest or juz continue my routine?

Is it the same feeling you have had if you came too many times that day (or the day before) or is it more severe than that? Personally, if it is just what I described (I call it “tired dick feeling”) then I dial it back. If it is more intense than that then I would definitely dial it back. During the exercises check your grip and make sure you aren’t pulling or squeezing too tight. If you are doing the stretches you may be inducing it not from the jelqs but from a death grip during stretching. I know that’s where I had my problems when I first started.

If you notice discomfort of the type you describe, then rest until it goes away and begin the exercises again. It’s generally not the exercises, but your enthusiasm that causes the discomfort and minor pain.

As with any physical exercise routine, rest is the unspoken third factor, behind exercise and diet.
