The Hardest Erections For Me Come Either In the Morning Or After Noon Most Of The Time, But Not All Of The Time. How Can You Consistently Attain Your Greatest MEG Or BPEL? I Just Measured My MEG And Got Close To 5.75, But That Was Because I Had Good Arousal. My BPEL Is Usually Between 7.5 and 7.75 Upon The Good Arousal. How Can You Master Your Arousal Levels?

The Other Day I Got An MEG Of 5.25. It’s Like There Is This Type Of Arousal When You Know You Are Hung, And That Arousal When You Know You Are Not. I Want The Powerful Arousal, And It’s Not Necessarily From Refraining From Orgasm Either.

I think sensitivity to arousal is psychological and physiological (like yeah, what else is there?) .
You already stated what thoughts get you excited, so it is partly just a matter of engaging the necessary thought patterns.

When I was an adolescent I could hardly stop having erections, anytime and anywhere. In college I was reluctant to engage in slow dancing at the clubs because I would always get a stiffy.

Now in my 50’s it takes some mental and physical effort to get it up, though I would not consider myself suffering from ED. I can still get nocturnal and morning erections.

So part of it is your willingness to be affected by stimuli and thoughts, and part is just your overall sensitivity to stimuli.

I think it is also dependent on your physical condition. I find that I get bigger erections after a short rest period from doing PE, maybe a day or 2. Or if I have been doing mild pumping for a couple days, and still plump, I can sprout a pretty girthy erection if I am not fatigued from over training.
Just pay close attention to your activity and thought patterns.

It’s normal for your penis to have different in size erections.

You can’t control it totally.

In my opinion, forget about it and mark the biggest measurement you had as your penis erect size.

It shows the maximum potential.

Or if a woman asks about it, take your lowest and your biggest measurements and give her the average. That won’t raise expectations. She will also be surprised if it happens to have a nice 100% rock hard one
