Is there anything wrong with this jelq technique

Hey guys. I’m pretty new to the site and still getting used to the PE exercises. Right now I’m having trouble with jelqing - if I use the regular technique (stroke down towards the glans with one hand, after reaching the glans, begin stroking down with the other hand, repeat as necessary), I find that all I’m doing is stretching the skin. I lost a lot of weight a few years back (including the dreaded pubic fat pad) and I guess that the skin in the area isn’t very taut. The fact that I’m quite small (just under 6” BPEL) doesn’t help either. As a result, I find that I get a better pump if I hold the base of the penis with my left hand and stroke with the right. Is there anything wrong with this technique? Thanks for the help.

Hold the base of your penis. Hold your penis just under the glans. Move the OK grip on the base of your penis, slowly move the OK grip up the shaft towards the glans.Release the the grip at the glans. Put that hand at the base of your penis in the OK grip, while the other hand is just behind the glans.

If you find that you’re only stretching your skin and not inducing an increase in pressure within the penis, then you are either not jelqing at a high enough erection level, are allowing blood to flow out of the penis too rapidly by releasing your grip or are not using a tight enough grip.

Try kegeling between strokes to maintain pressure. When releasing the grip at the end of one stroke, kegel and hold until your alternate hand is in place for the next stroke. Be sure to use deliberate 2-3 second strokes. Count them 1-Mississippi, 2-Mississippi, 3-Mississippi. It’s very easy and very expected to have bad form when just starting out. As with many things in life.. there is no substitute for experience.

If you want to see firsthand what kegeling between strokes does for you, try using a tourniquet grip at the base of the penis when only semi-erect (30-50%). Loosen the grip slightly, give a strong kegel, then tighten the grip and wait a second then repeat. Don’t move your grip up the shaft. By repeating this process, you should be essentially pumping blood into the penis with the kegel and maintaining it with the tightening of the grip. This should allow you to fully engorge your unit if you continue.

I wouldn’t call this a PE method (unless you intend to fully engorge and manually clamp which I *wouldn’t* recommend for you at this point), but it will help you with kegel timing and grip strength when alternating hands.

Tight grip

Let off kegel/Tighten grip simultaneously
Kegel/Loosen grip simultaneously

Should help you learn a little about engorging your unit and what kind of grip works for you. If you don’t *feel* engorgement (that term is so perfect for the feeling), then you most likely are only stretching your skin.

Also, are you wet jelqing or dry jelqing?

Furthermore, 6in BPEL is hardly small.

Yeah pump the blood into your penis by kegeling, and kegel just because throughout the day.

Thanks so much for the replies guys. Man.there’s a lot to this PE stuff! I think that kegeling between strokes should help me keep the pressure up - that’s a great suggestion that I hadn’t thought of (I usually do kegels after my enlargement routine).

You said that part of the problem may be that I’m not jelqing at high enough an erection level. This is definitely a problem for me.I can’t seem to maintain an erection level of 50-70%. I’m either pretty much completely flaccid or I’m at 100% . Once I start to get hard, I’m at 90-100% within a minute or two. I’m hoping that once I get used to jelqing, my unit will become somewhat desensitized and this will cease to be a problem.

BTW, about six inches being small. In the real world it may not be, but around here it sure is! Speaking of stats, you’ve made some incredible gains kingpole. Over two inches in three years.what I wouldn’t give lol. Thanks again guys.

It might help if you masturbated before your PE session wait a half hour before you begin jelqing.

Supplmensavvy, There are supplements that help with erection strength.
I take gensing and other stuff.

But there are things that can cause soft erections or loss of size.
Antihistimines affect girth the kind that make you drowsy
Pain killers can temporarily cause a loss of length
This has happened to me because I had to take darvocet and or codeine for sciatica I temporaily lost 6/10ths of an inch but I’m bringing it back up.
So beware there are factors that can cause fluctuations. I’m now at 7.3” -7.5.”
I eventually switched over to ibuprofen because I’m actually getting better.
