Is there any way to flex the ischiocavernosus?

Is there any way to flex the ischiocavernosus?

Other than the vague suggestion to just focus on it, how could one flex the ischiocavernosus? I know someone will say to just do a regular kegel and that will take care of all the pelvic floor muscles but I don’t believe that to be true.

I am not sure if you can flex it independently, but based on it’s location it should be worked when doing BC muscle exercises.

I am still processing a lot of what I’ve read from the linked thread. I found it as a promising source, I am currently working on my pelvic floor in general.

(I may have a rotated pelvis, hoping it’s not compression!)
