Some may say that quick gains can be achieved by “pulling out the inner penis”.

Is that a bunch of hogwash, I.e. Are length gains really a result of a linear displacement of the penis?

Or is it more likely that the penis simply grows in length in response to stress (pulling)?

Hogwash. To a small extent, the suspensory ligament can be stretched, which will allow the penis to hang lower. However, the shaft doesn’t get any longer as a result of this. For example, the glans doesn’t reach any higher up the abdomen.

I think there has been a great deal of confusion about this topic. It’s born of a misconception of anatomy, IMO.

Some guys gain from hanging or stretching at a downward angle. I seriously doubt they gain by pulling their penises out, however. That sounds like a reason to rush to the emergency room. They gain because they’ve grown their shafts. Simple as that.

I’m not sure about that but I can see my pubic hair that used to be in the pubic region reaching the middle of my shaft.

Yep, and ideally it would come from the foreskin.

It does not have to come from anywhere, you can grow your skin by stretching it

But I think the skin is connected to the CCs by fascia, thus making it nearly impossible to prevent turkey neck as one gains length. Maybe you can correct it afterwards?

My routine is nothing special. I’ve been into this for 2 years and I still do the same basic stretches and wet jelq of the newbie routine. I stretch for like an hour per day.

My daily routine is as simple as this:

Current routine:

1- 5 minutes warming up.
2- 30 minutes stretching.
3- 5 minutes break
4- 30 minutes stretching.
5- Apply some wet jelq strokes. ( I rarely do this now)

When I first started my routine was a little bit different.

Old routine:

1- 5 minutes warming up.
2- 15 minutes stretching.
3- 40 minutes jelqing.
4- 15 minutes stretching.
5- warming down

If one has foreskin, then perhaps the extra skin needed as one gains can come from there. Otherwise, one can either grow new skin or recruit it from elsewhere.

Jelqing in particular tends to pull on the skin toward the base of one’s unit. Thus, any growth is likely to come from that hairy area. If growth does not occur, the skin around the base is simply pulled forward by the erection.

I think the skin it’s fairly loosely adhered to the underlying fascia, except near the glans, where it is anchored tightly.
