I just don’t feel that burn that I get when I lift weights. Is there a way to make it burn? Is there a machine I could use to really intense?

Kegels improve erection with length of duration but you should also reverse kegels to decrease the urge of ejaculation. Other than that it is the pelvic floor muscle How would you pretend to feel burn?

Just like with weights - add resistance. Use a wet cloth or something to drape over your dick. Not sure how effective this is, but you might want to try it.

Also, I don’t know what you mean by “pretend to feel burn.” Have you ever done as many push-ups or sit-ups as you can within 2 minutes? It burns, you get sore, and you feel the muscles that you worked out get exhausted. Is it really that different from any of your other muscles? Are they not allowed to feel exhausted? I want progressively overload my kegels like I do my deadlift or my squats.

Pull your dick straight up. When you Kegel you should feel it pulling back down.

I like to kegel while I am pumping. Once I am fully packed and extended in the tube I do kegels to lift the tube in the air with my dick.

I doubt you will ever feel a burn like in weight lifting. That is a much more intense form of muscle fatigue than what your PC muscles are capable of achieving. You will probably only achieve a fatigue of weakness and inability to do anymore squeezing.

A reverse kegel is when you push out with those muscles as though trying to force urine out when you piss.
You should be careful doing those because you can potentially give yourself a hernia, since you are pushing your insides out. It’s actually more like trying to open your penis up instead of squeezing it shut. Sort of hyper- relaxing it.
If done at the right moment with the onset of an orgasm you can stifle the urge to cum. The reverse kegel essentially prevents your PC muscles from contracting, which is the natural response during orgasm to expel the semen.
