Is there a relationship between stretched flaccid length and erect length

That’s just my interpretation of the EtP theory I read here at Thunders (somewhere). Elastic to plastic theory.

Did your progress (or anyone else’s) end up following that chart?

I was about to start a thread about this, but the search pointed me to this existing thread. I’ve got pretty much the same question as the OP, I.e. How is FSL progress related to EL progress.

In my case, I’ve been on the newbie routine for nearly two months now, and although I’ve had fairly decent EG gains so far I’ve not seen any EL gains yet - however, my FSL has gone up half an inch (along with FL and FG, although nowhere near as much as FSL).

I was suspecting (hoping) FSL gains might be a precursor to erect gains, just wondering if that matches people’s experience here.

My stretched flaccid length consistently remains about 1/2 inch longer than my erect length

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Interesting. Did you start out that way too?

Because my FSL was a bit less than my BPEL when I started, now it’s the other way round.

Same for me, I started out with a FSL at least 3/2” shorter than BPEL, now they’re just about the same length. I think there was a theory (TGC, Tissue Growth Clues) which, though disputed heavily, does mention a correlation as to what you should focus on based on your EQ and your FSL compared to your BPEL. I think it went something like this: if your FSL is less than your BPEL and EQ is high, focus length. If it’s the other way around, focus girth. The correlation seems to be working to some degree for me.

Oct 20th: 185 mm BPEL (7.28") 136 mm MEG (5.35")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

Might be because I’ve somewhat neglected stretching in the beginning, and only this month started to really focus on that part rather than the jelqs - I still do the jelqs, mind you, but I replaced the long static stretches with JAI stretches. I seem to get less turtling from the latter compared to the former.

Also started doing, err, bed fowfers? Not sure that’s what they ended up being called. Basically keeping the weenie tucked between my legs while sleeping to keep it somewhat extended. Can’t do proper fowfers as of yet, flaccid dick being too short for them I think.

I reckon I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing for another month or so and see if I start getting at least some millimetres of additional BPEL following those FSL gains.

I like JAI stretches too, they helped me improve my EQ during length work, together with regular edging. The nighttime fowfers (thanks for reminding me by the way) help flaccid size also, it seems to slowly but incrementally increase flaccid hang a little. Or at least make my largest flaccid hang more frequent. I thought I couldn’t do proper fowfers because of how much foreskin I have, but I don’t think it mattered. Your size may be an equally minor objection to their effectiveness ;)
If my current girth work improves my EQ again, I might actually believe in the TGC theory (in practice, not fundamentals).

But yeah, BPFSL isn’t the same for everyone

My BPFSL is longer than my BPEL by over half an inch. After a really good session in the extender, my BPFSL can get up to an inch longer than my BPEL.


PE for length: so her heart stops when she sees it. PE for girth: to get her heart started again!

Was it always longer? Wondering whether the difference between starting with FSL > BPEL and starting with FSL < BPEL says anything of significance.

As far as I can remember it has always been this way.

I wonder if it is because I am a grower that it works out this way.

When the measurements are taken obviously plays a part here. Warmed up stretch is greater then first morning stretch, etc. Then EQ state at erection as well.

I suspect after halting pe for a month and or so might provide most accurate numbers.

Maybe some subjectivity/relativity here.

That is a good point. I’ve had two days off, and FSL is now ~2 millimetres less (averaged over several measurements) than it was on Saturday night.

My BPEL is longer than BPFSL. Has always been. Close to an inch.

Maybe it depends on the person. I have a hulk dick.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
