The vertical line is inches and the horizontal is weeks, yes. But that isn’t my chart. I’m only at about week 8.
That’s just my interpretation of the EtP theory I read here at Thunders (somewhere). Elastic to plastic theory.
I will be charting mine out just like that, though as the weeks go by. I hope to match it!
Did your progress (or anyone else’s) end up following that chart?
I was about to start a thread about this, but the search pointed me to this existing thread. I’ve got pretty much the same question as the OP, I.e. How is FSL progress related to EL progress.
In my case, I’ve been on the newbie routine for nearly two months now, and although I’ve had fairly decent EG gains so far I’ve not seen any EL gains yet - however, my FSL has gone up half an inch (along with FL and FG, although nowhere near as much as FSL).
I was suspecting (hoping) FSL gains might be a precursor to erect gains, just wondering if that matches people’s experience here.
