Is there a limit to how much you can gain

Just from looking at some signatures on the forums, it looks like most of the members have gained about 1.0” in BPEL and .5” in EG. Is this about how much one should expect from PE? Do the gains taper off sharply after that, or do they continue at a slow but steady rate?

I have been doing PE for 2 weeks now and have gained .25” BPEL from 5.25” to 5.5,” and I would like to reach 7” one day. Is this at all possible because of my low starting size?

I’ve just started but I’ve seen some guys get really big by jelqing and then clamping.

Theses dudes were around 6 inches and increased 8+ in over a year of PE so yeah I think it’s very possible to reach your goal. Good luck!:)

Possible, yes. Likely? From a statistical point of view, no. There are guys who have gained that much, though.

The reason why most of people don’t gain more than 1” is because they are satisfied with that, I guess. It makes sense if you think at it: assuming most of people start at around 5.5”-6”, once they are around 7” their motivation slow downs.

Starting size and gains seems to be slightly inversely related. Short guys seems always to gain more.

I think you have to separate your question into two parts. Exorbitant gains are possible. Exorbitant gains while maintaining function are another.

I think there are limits to how much you can gain. I’ll put it this way - with the thousands of members we have here, don’t you think there’d be at least a few who would want to take it as far as they could, throwing considerations of practicality to the winds? And yet we don’t have credible reports here of men who pursued their interest to the extent of having footlong dicks.

From the available data, it looks like going from 5.25” to 7.00” would likely take four years at least. Whatever rate you gain at, you can have a longer dick four years from now. How quickly you as an individual will gain, and how much, is tougher to predict.

Yes, it took me a long time to get to where I am at right now at 7bpelx5.7mseg. I need to change my signature. Marinera, is also right now that I am at 7 I am losing alot of motivation. Also, I did this for myself but except for a few times women that I’ve been in the past haven’t noticed.


Started: 5.0bpelx5.0mseg.

Now:6.7bpelx5.7mseg/6.0bg

Everyone has their limit, I guess on average for men who do stretches or exercises will see an average gain of 1-3 iinches. Takes time though, I went 5 months using my extender with no gains. Now I’m nearing my 8th months and out of nowhere I gained half inch in length, girth is fat as hell too but I never measured.

I’m new here and I do hope I could gain at least 2-3 inches more. Will be starting slowly, at a steady rate.

I think that’s a very large part of it. The other thing is I think many guys have become quite conditioned by the time they have gained an inch, so gains slow right down. If they take an extended deconditioning break then start again very slowly, they can coax more gains, but most guys either never return to PE after gaining an inch, or they come back in with a ‘get back to what I was doing before as soon as possible’ approach and their dicks re-condition so fast they struggle to gain.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

So I more or less fit your profile of 1 inch length gain, and .5 girth gain.

Motivation has figured into it.

I would like to be a little bit longer, say 7.75 BPEL. But then I think, why? Really it is long enough for me. Visible dick in side view is pretty darn close to 7.75 so hey.

I would like to be a 1/2 thicker midshaft to kind of even it up with base girth, but my motivation comes and goes there as well. There is no practical reason for me to be thicker midshaft other than vanity. Am trying to get back into it though.

I guess I also fit the 1 inch length and .5 inch girth gain. All I can say is that it gets a lot harder after that.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Yeah I should have said that too. Gets harder to gain, another reason why motivation becomes more difficult, at least for me. I feel like I worked hard on the girth, but did not figure out the “magic” to get past the 1/2 gain.

Can you lose it all again?

Or do you have to “Work out” from now and to eternity?

Inner penis is the easiest gains to make most men have about 1-3 inch’s inside there body also watch out for the Turkey Neck.
