I think there are practical limits of how big it can get, dedication or not. It’s just like any other body part or function, there are ranges of performance and size that it can operate in and when you go beyond that you either can get problems or total breakage. What is that limit? I think that depends on large part to the person’s specific physiology. I’d say practically speaking you’d be looking at 1-2” in length, and girth I am not sure. On either side you can see people who have done extreme pumping or silicone injections and they get massive units, but they also have non-functioning frankencocks by the end of it. You may or may not want that.

On gains, I think you will most likely lose some unless you’ve done an extended maintenance period. I know that when I take some time off that I start getting some minimal shrinkage but since I always pick it back up again, even if just one day a week or so, no more than a month later. I think it’ll take years of post-PE conditioning to see it be permament for anyone, but odds are you won’t lose all your gains either.
