Is stretching like bodybuilding?

In the way that with bodybuilding if you were once big then you stop working out when you start bodybuilding again you will get it back quickly? I have literally lost .7 of length its depressing.

Maybe it’s more like braces. The teeth need some extra time to solidify into position.

Somewhat like BB, yeah. I don’t think you have lost length; more likely your length is hidden by your girth, because your penis is not perfectly cylindrical.

You can’t just quit cold turkey. You have to some type of maintenance routine until you solidify your gains.


Starting stats- BP 5x4.5 (2002) Current stats- PBEL 7.25x5.25 (2012) PE is a marathon, not a sprint!

i gained 1.5” length and solidified about 1.2. Then i lost about .4 when i started clamping and i have barely gained much girth.

That sucks, but jelq at a low erect level shouldn’t stop decreasing you’re length? Maybe you can make a routine that includes one or two days of stretching! I have no idea, I’m just saying, sorry that you lost that much! Good luck men and let us know what did you find out and how did it worked for you!

There is no known relationhip between PE and bodybuilding. The penis is not a muscle and unlike in muscle building, which is a naturally evolved stress response process, PE produces an ‘unnatural’ effect.

There is also no conclusive (or even particularly suggestive) evidence that girth work directly causes a loss of length. However, many users have reported a loss of length after breaking from length work, which is often chalked up to having not ‘cemented’ the gain. The underlying theory behind this is shady at best, but it seems that some people’s ‘gains’ are not all due to truly plastic deformation, and hence will gradually retract to some extent if not worked untill they are ‘cemented’.

This may mean that you have to achieve a length size beyond your actual goal and then perform a cementing or ‘maintenance’ routine for a period of time (or even in rare cases indefinately) to remain at your ideal size. During a maintenance routine for length I see no harming in beginning to work on girth.
