Is simply jelqing and stretching enough

I have a routine that has a 5-10 min warm up (usually in the shower) doing long 15sec stretches in each direction, about 2-3 times depending on initial ‘looseness’. Then I do about 10x50reps of jelqs, starting at about 30-50% hard and going to about 60 or 70% later. Then I warm down with the same stretching as above doing 2-3 sets again followed by ‘helicopter’ stretches.
What I want to know from anyone that has a routine is, is this enough to see gains? (Based on my goals in my sig)
I mean, I’ve been lucky to see some initial girth gains in only two weeks but I put this down to having a fuller erection.

The newbie routine is the best routine to see gains when you are a newbie.

Yeah listen to what bird said. It always depends as far as gains are concerned. I’d do your routine for 3 months then measure again. Though looking at your starting measurements not totally sure why you’re here.

Current measure ment 8-2-06 EL- 5.5, EG- 5.25, BPEL-6 7/6, BPFSL-7.25

Short term goal EL- 6.0, EG-5.5

Long term goals EL- 7 to 7.5, EG- 5.5 to 6.0

You don’t have to have a smaller than average penis to want to make it a little bigger, thats why.

I’m a little over average, but I want to break 8” and get a little more girth. I’m 6’2 and would just like a bigger looking penis on my body.

The newbie routine isn’t based on size, its just an extremely well put together routine for seeing through some newbie gains on most people. You could even get enough newbie gains from the newbie routine to meet your final goal. Its about conditioning before you move on to more advanced exercises. If you don’t follow it through you may end up regretting it.
