Hey guys

I’m sorry if this is yet another ‘why haven’t I gained’

I think I’m doing everything right.

I started off on the newbie routine and moved onto clamping

I’m using one of those “cable clamps” as recommended.

Consisting of 10 minute clamps 4 days on 2 days off

I don’t seemed to have gained anything in the 3weeks so far, not even better EQ.I seem to be exactly the same as when I started.

When could I(if at all) expect to gain?

Not sure if I’ve understood: you are clamping after 3 weeks ‘as recommended’? By whom? You should do manual only exercises for at least 3 months before even thinking to clamping.

Sorry maybe I worded it wrong.

The cable clamps is the recommended device for clamping with, and I have been doing it for approximately 3 weeks.

As stated in my first post.

I Started off with the newbie routine to train myself, after this I moved onto clamping.

So far I don’t seem to have gained anything at all.

How long did you do the newbie routine? If your penis has not been acclimated to intense exercises such as clamping, you may be negating any possible gains you would be getting from clamping otherwise (there’s also a risk of injury). Keep in mind also that PE even when done correctly (I’m not saying you aren’t doing it correctly) can take many months, years even to give significant results. You aren’t going to get anything in just three weeks. For some, clamping doesn’t work. Every penis is different. If you are aiming for girth, consider other girth-focused exercises as well. There are a number of possibilities here.

We’ve still not gotten a clear answer on how long you did the newbie routine. Moving on to intense, advanced exercises, like clamping, before you’re conditioned is just asking for an injury. So, we’ll ask again, How long did you do the newbie routine?

I did for about 1 month in total took a week beak did one week and started on 5min clamps.

Chances are that your problem is inconsitency, my friend. 1 month of manuals (with a break, also) isn’t enough to see gains in most of cases. Too early to jump on clamping. And three weeks aren’t enough time to see measurable gains from clamping either - at least for most of people.

You seem a little “off” man.

To do the newbie routine for a month, take a week off and then start clamping is no way to go about this.

I’m no veteran here, but you need to stick to the newbie routine for a long while before upping your intensity like that.

Keep this up and you’re going to hurt yourself.

I agree with the others. You can get great gains through just straight jelqing and stretching. I did. I’ve been jelqing and stretching exclusively for more than a year and only recently introduced a few ulis at the end of every session. Stick with the newbie routine for a few months before you move onto anything intense. This will condition your cock to take the punishment and you’ll gain along the way.
