Is PE working for me
I’m sorry if this is yet another ‘why haven’t I gained’
I think I’m doing everything right.
I started off on the newbie routine and moved onto clamping
I’m using one of those “cable clamps” as recommended.
Consisting of 10 minute clamps 4 days on 2 days off
I don’t seemed to have gained anything in the 3weeks so far, not even better EQ.I seem to be exactly the same as when I started.
When could I(if at all) expect to gain?
