Is PE without Jelqing possible

I am an older guy who started PE a few weeks ago. I have problems with my joints of my hands and, as feared, am finding it impossible to maintain periods of jelqing past a few minutes. After two weeks I was forced to give up jelqing. After two weeks rest, I resumed 5 days ago.. Too much pain! I can do other techniques with my hands, it is the prolonged jelqing that is the problem. As jelqing is the most important single aspect of penis enlargement, is there any point in my going any further omitting jelqing? Would ANY gains be possible?

Jelqing is the flagship of PE, it would be difficult to achieve good results. However, stretching does provide results but jelqing is a cornerstone that supports other activities.

You can always consider buying a jelqing device, or making one of your own. I am not exactly sure if there are threads where members have in detail, explained how to create one, but I am sure that once you see how they work you can re-engineer one. Also, I am a bit rusty with the inventory found on the various websites that provide PE mechanisms and utilities, but I am almost certain that a few have jelqing devices for sale. Their effectiveness may vary, and seeing that I have never used any, I am not a valid source of information.

Wishing and hoping for the best - yup your doing it wrong.

I’ve been clamping and jelqing, but this last week I cut out the jelqs and just clamped. I got just as good of expansion and way less fluid build up. My post pe erection has been much harder too.

I don’t know if I’m going to continue not jelqing forever but I might give it a try for a while.

Dude, I’ve been doing PE for over five years and I don’t find jelqing necessary. That is not to say jelqing is not effective… I have friends who only jelq and have great results. However, I don’t jelq and I have steady progress all the time. Don’t get discouraged if you are unable to do jelqing! :-)

Hi there, if you’re not jelqing then what do you do? Stretches, weights? I’m intrigued. That said I just did some hanging and pulls before staring a proper PE programme, for about a month or two, and went from 5 3/4” hard to 6 1/4” hard and didn’t jelq once. Since jelqing about 2 weeks ago I am now 6 1/2” hard a long way from my 5 3/4” start a couple of months back. I only hope I can keep this up and fear a slow down or even reversal!

Thanks for the advice guys: I am going to start with kegels and stretching and see if there are any results. Matutinal_euphony, what sort of routine did you do as a beginner?

I did jelq maybe 3 months and had always problem with holding erection. Ibought ADS and that have gave me better results than streching, even some girth. At the moment I do no jelq at all. Only ADS and light hanging. After I stop ADS and start to work with girth by clamping I think I am going to try jelqing again. I think ADS is enough for lenght exersice (I wear it 3-6 hours ago, as much as possible). Me too, I am not saying jelqing isnĀ“t good exercise, I just always had problems with it.

I`ve never jelqed. I never get any sort of erection and so just stuck to stretching.

I have gained a full inch in length and about a half inch in girth at the base since december `09.

I haven’t jelqed since November 09 and I am now possibly having the most successful year in my PE journey. Jelqing is a exercise that works for a majority of people but unfortunately, I am not one of those people.

Hello there mate,
I am almost 61 myself.

What I feel like saying is that if I were you, I would make a point of exercising both my willy and my hands at the same time.

Many people for example complain that doing manual stretches is tiring on the hands. Well, that only means they need to exercise their hands as well.

Try to get or make some hot pepper - olive oil ointment and massage your joints with the hot cayenne oil. Rub a few drops on your salami as well - sure it’ll burn but it’ll boost the circulation as well. Don’t worry, you’ll have a lot of fun once you penetrate your wife with your chilli pepper oiled salami - my wife beats me up every time but you know what? she still asks for it every time.

Then go on and do as many manual jelqs and manual stretches as you feel like.

Then get a vacuum pump and do water pumping. Alternate sessions of 15-30 minutes with the pump and sessions of 200-300 jelqs. Then do as long as 30 minutes of manual stretches.
And keep massaging the joints with the chili oil.
Who knows, maybe you’ll develop an iron grip in addition to a fat salami!
