Is PE more dangerous than regular workout?

Is PE more dangerous than regular workout?

When I see people speak ill of PE, they always mention that PE is dangerous, causes injuries, etc, but really, how much more dangerous is it than regular working out? Personally, I don’t think PE is more dangerous. There’s risk of injury in any kind of physical exercise including working out normally, so I think the argument that PE can cause injury isn’t a good reason to look down on PE.

Intensity to create a change is much harder to gauge for PE then for muscular exercises.

You can do a bicep curl with weights and get feedback what is too much or not enough rather easily without big risk of stopping your biceps from functioning

With PE you need to tune in much more and have more knowledge as the penis isnt supposed to grow after puberty anymore. We are purposly “injuring” the penis tissue to make it grow. Hang some pounds too many from your dick and you can turn it unfunctional.

So I think there is some differences.
