Hello everyone, I am a new member from the UK and i started jelqing roughly 5 weeks ago.

I found this web site, and as you know it takes a bit of motivation to keep to a routine, i thought what better way than to join this excellent forum.

I started off with an ELBP of between 6.25 and 6.5 inches (depending on strength of erection) and i can now get up to 6.75. It is the girth that i am trying to work on and i have seen quite quick results. I started off with an EG of 4.5in and i am now about 4.75.

Anyway, i was just wondering if anyone could provide me with some feedback on my current routine because i am doubtful whether it is varied enough.

You see, I do not do any stretches whatsoever and i rarely even do a hot-wrap. I just jelq for about an hour a day and do a hot-wrap after ( for circulation).

I jelq in about a 75% erect state and with palms facing up because i find i can get a tighter grip and force more blood.

My aims are 7.5 ELBP and 5.5 EG. Although, getting up to 5.5 EG is more important to me at the moment.

Is there any stretches or anything anyone would advise or do you think i am ok with what i am doing?

I plan to measure my member once every month because i have the problem of wanting to measure after every session to see if i have gained anything!!

Oh yea, I sometimes try and implement some Uli-3’s in my workout but i am a little baffled at the ‘pulling-out’ part as it doesn’t seem to force any extra blood in ( i dont think).

Palms up will work ok for length and girth near the head. If you have lots of girth already at midshaft and base maybe what you are doing is fine. Stretching will help with length gains and somewhat girth at the base. Jelqing palms down will enable you to grip closer to your body and aid in midshaft girth. using palms up as your only technique could result in “baseball bat penis” (wide head and narrow base). Its good to vary things a bit for a number of reasons other than preventing boredom.

Thanks luvdadus! I think i’ll break up my hours jelqing routine into 20 mins palm up, 20mins palms down and 20mins of Uli-3’s.

What i have found is that when you use palm up jelqing, afterwards you tend to get the ‘doughnut effect’ more easily. Whether this is a good thing or not, i don’t know.

After scanning the Message Boards for a good few hours I decided that i should implement some stretching into my routine but i have no idea where to go from here.

Does anyone have any good stretching workouts i could do in the AM to accompany my PM jelqing session?

Also does stretching involve the appliance of lubrication or not and would 30mins of stretching a day make any difference at all?
