Is my routine good for length gains
What I’ve been doing for the past week and plan to continue is as follows:
1. Hot wrap 5 minutes
2. All simple manual stretches for 10 minutes
3. Hot wrap 5 minutes
4. JAI stretches for 10 minutes
5. Hot wrap 5 minutes
6. Wet Jelq for 15 minutes
Also I do errect bends (kinda my version of a plumped bend but only upwards) because I want to get a slight upward curve - for about 5-10 minutes.
What else would help with length gains - I’m currently only interested in length gains so I’m open to any suggestions. Thanks.
BTW my LOT is at about 7:45
