Is my routine enough
Like we all have not much time doing PE. My routine is morning 10 min warm up with boiled heat bag with towel, pumping with 5 Hg 10-15 min, 5 min pause to clean my penis and little warmup again for clamping. I only have time for 1x10 min clamping session. At evening under shower I do 5 min jelq session with EVO.
So I wonder, is my routine enough for gains?
