Like we all have not much time doing PE. My routine is morning 10 min warm up with boiled heat bag with towel, pumping with 5 Hg 10-15 min, 5 min pause to clean my penis and little warmup again for clamping. I only have time for 1x10 min clamping session. At evening under shower I do 5 min jelq session with EVO.
So I wonder, is my routine enough for gains?

From what I’ve read on here, you shouldn’t be doing ANY clamping if you are just starting. If your not knew to PE then my mistake.

I do PE 7 months now

I’d make a choice : or you clamp, or you pump. Jelqs are a complement for both.

In may 2010 whas I EL 15.5 mm and EMG 13mm. I haven’t set a goal yet, but I’d like to do PE few years and see whats came out

Is it recommended to Jelq before bump?

A question that probably doesn’t relate very well to this thread but I don’t know where have to post it.. Is warm down necessary?? I usually skip the warm down and would like to know if this is a detrimental habit.

Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.

I do not know. I end my session with EVO light jelqs and massage
