Is my routine efficient

I am a new member to this site. I only started penis exercises a month ago and only did them for a week. I could tell I was a bit bigger as my penis felt more noticeable.

I am currently around 7 inches NBPEL and 7.25-7.5 inches BPEL with roughly 5.25-5.5 inch girth. I use a tape measure, as it lays easier on my penis and can measure my upward curve.

I am not trying to gain too much. My realistic goal is to be 7.5 inches NBPEL to 8 inches BPEL with a 6 inch girth. I would not mind having 8 inches NBPEL but thats for another time.

This is the routine that I do.
2days on and 1 day off (might change it every now and then)

5min of warm wash cloth wrapped around my penis for warm-up. I do the same after the exercises.

5min of penis stretching (no erection): first half is stretching up, down, left, and right for 30 seconds each. Then I give it a quick break. Then I stretch the penis again in all directions but this time I do 10-20 kegels each direction too, I am trying that LOT theory I believe its called.

1min break and I begin to lube up to begin jelqing. I figured it would be best to stretch first so that the blood from jelqing can fill more space.

10min of jelqing (no erection to semi erection): First half is slow two handed jelqing while the first part of the second half is one handed alternate jelqs. Then the last part I do the horse squeeze.

At this time my penis is thick, thicker than it could ever be without having one of my hands putting pressure at the base. So what I do is, I hold one of my hands in the OK formation at the base of my penis while the other hand stimulates the head of the penis to gain an erection. During this time I do kegels to aid in more blood and squeeze every now and then with the hand that is hold the base. Eventually I try to slowly remove the hand at the base as I get a full erection and I do a lot of kegels to maintain the volume of blood while still stimulating the head.

My penis looks a lot thicker after this and I try to keep the erection for 5-10mins so that the penis can adjust to this size naturally. I don’t not ejaculate, I just stop and let it hang.

Does this seem like an efficient way to gain an inch in length and half an inch in girth?

I would appreciate any advice given from long term and experienced members.

I don’t think you’re going to get much of a response. Your routine looks very close to the newbie routine and nothing really that deviates in such a way to garner either positive or negative feedback. Looks good, continue for a few months of consistent, dedicated, motivated work and you should be all set. Increase duration and decrease rest days gradually and give it time. If you get gains, keep going. If you don’t, you’ll know you’ve made the necessary effort to condition yourself to try some different methods to see what works for you.

Settle in for the long haul, be patient go slow and be safe.

To me jelqing without any erection is like pissing in the wind. 50-80% is a must or bust! And after 3 months maybe 80-100% thrown in off and on with caution to not over pressurize your dick and hurt it!

Thanks for the replies and technically I am a newbie so I guess its a good thing my routine is for newbies. I do jelq with about 50% erection but what I try to do is, get the most blood into my penis that I can safely by jelqing, and once my the jelqing part of my routine is over I try to get a full erection by stimulating the head of my penis and do a lot of strong 3 second kegels to keep the blood flow going, keeping my erection hard, hoping my penis will in time get use to this thicker, longer size.

I am taking it slow and I am going to measure once a month and after the third or fourth month is when I am going to decide, if I need to change it up some or continue what I am doing. I hope that I will be at least 7.2 inches NBPEL and 7.6 inches BPEL and if I am reeeeeeeaaaaally lucky maybe I will have some girth gains, say around 0.1-0.2 inches. Would that be asking for too much in three to four months doing this routine?

Also please give me some suggestions on how long I should do my workout, if there are some exercises that you know are guaranteed to work, anything help at all will greatly be appreciated.
