Is my penis unsuitable for PE? injured easy

Hi guys,

I gave PE a try a couple of years back.
I ended up with some results but mostly discoloration and some bruised veins, this seemed permanent. I quit because I didn’t want to damage my penis any further.

Recently I gave it another try because I was thinking maybe I started out too intense the first time.
So, this time I started out real slow, low intensity, long warm-ups, rice sock, just mild jelqs and pulls and a couple of days in between each workout.
Still this resulted in more coloration and more bruised veins after only a couple of sessions, so could it be my penis is just not suitable for PE?

The instructions say bruises and busted caps are temporary, mine never did heal. :( That isn’t normal then right?

How about the rest of your body? Do you bruise easily?


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I’m not too sure, I’ve only ever experienced injury when I jelqed too hard and bust a capillary at the top of my foreskin, that wasn’t pleasant. but it healed. What percentage would you say your erections are at when you jelq?
And how hard is your grip as you jelq? I wouldn’t jelq if I couldn’t go through one session with getting bruised, it’s simply too much of a risk. Have you hung and/or do you get bruises from stretching alone?

Erection probably around 60 to 80 with mild grips. I don’t hang, never tried, I’ve tried light pumping long ago though.
I think when I first started I quit stretching because I suspected the stretching was what caused the busted caps.
You think I jelqed too intense again this time? The busted caps and discoloration is here to stay, right? Is there anything I can try to make them fade?

Hmm, I guess it’s just personal preference, for me, I jelq at around 30%-40%, I wouldn’t even be able to insert it, but I kegel blood in every 3-4 strokes to push the volume to what feels like ~50%. And my grip is just a little tighter than that at which I masturbate. Just to the point where I can feel the volume in the tip really stretch things.

You may have, try Tom Hubbard’s Jelq 2.0. Many people have gotten gains from it, and it may just be a pre-requisite for you. Just like the Newbie regime is a sort of pre-requisite to more intense programs/exercises. You may want to try different jelq grips? Like the C-grip, pinch grip etc.

Nothing that springs to mind. If it were me, I would try taking L-Arginine and L-caritine as they aid with circulation, maybe try some vitamin rich creams, like bio-oil? That’s meant for be good for scarring. If it were me, I would also massage the areas once they’re not too sensitive, as to aid in circulation.
