Sorry, but if you’re hand is slipping then you aren’t gripping hard enough- if you choke down ~1/4” aft you should feel yourself grip onto the meatus

If you grip either by or under the glans [not glanDs] you risk deadening nerves in the glans.

And pulling by the glans is not the way to make the glans bigger— once you’ve conditioned your unit with the newbie program you can search for various methods to enlarge your glans.

Hi guys. I am uncircumcised, have done only a few PE sessions but I found it not so easy to do manual stretching.
I don’t use the OK sign, rather now I manage to hold (not to firmly) and pull by the glans with three fingers.

It is painless but could it be bad for the glans, as androNYC suggests ? I will check if this is a bad idea. Maybe some photos / videos could help too, as soon as I can post them in the member section..

Please don’t presume to know my cock better than I do. :) It tends to get a little thinner toward the tip, such that the head’s “crown” barely stands out unless it’s pumped way full of blood. And with the foreskin on top, sliding like a motherfucker, it’s practically impossible for me to get a grip unless I get the head to stop my hand (like I said). Luckily, I’m not relying much on stretches (yet?).

I also have had trouble doing manual work unless I use the glans as a stopper, I don’t think it has effected my sensitivity though. Yet.

May I suggest you look up ‘dorsal nerve of the penis’ on wikipedia? The point at which it is most liable to damage is just behind the coronal ridge on the dorsum of the shaft.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Nobody has mentioned using a little tissue paper, or an ace bandage to help with the grip. I would have to imagine this advice is more helpful to the uncircumcised guys because of the moist, slippery glans.


I'm consistent in spurts, but gains are undeniable!

2007: BPEL 5.5" / MSEG 4.7" / BG 5.5"

2017: BPEL 6.8" / MSEG 5.3" / BG 6"

I’m uncut and I don’t have a ‘moist, slippery glans’. I had a very sensitive glans; stretching reduced hyper-sensitivity, but sensitivity for pleasure hasn’t lowered at all, maybe increased. First times, manual stretching seemed impossible to me, but it changed fast.

About the grip, I think using the glans as ‘anti-slippery’ is the correct way; tightening the grip (so using perpendicular directed force) can put too much pressure on the dorsal nerve; pulling out at the base on the glans (so using axial directed force to stretch), means that the pressure on the dorsal nerve is lower.

Maybe the shape of the given penis plays a role, however.

I’ve always been wondering about my grip. Is it completely normal to have like.. A really red tip of the glans after some of the exercises. One time it even got pointy. Has that happened to anyone else? It went away after some massaging for about 10 mins. Got me worried though.
