Is my Goal Attainable, If So Any Tips?

So to introduce myself I am a 30 year old guy on the taller side around 6’2 and 170 lbs. I am in fair shape as far as weight goes even though I do not exercise as much as I should.

So my specific question today after introducing myself is, Is my goal attainable? And if so how?

So my current measurement is NBPEL 6.5 BPEL 7.0 and 100% Midshaft erect girth is 5.5. My GOAL would be to get to 7.25 NBPEL and 6.0 MSEG.

Now I’ve looked in all the beginners forums etc and I’ve done hours of reading. However, I wanted to hear from some of you as to if there are specific things that may work better or worse for me as a beginner.(I know there are a lot of different programs out there). While of course I do want to add a little length if possible id say my priority would be to increase girth or at least not to lose any girth if I gain length.

If anyone can give me some tips as a beginner that will actually yield some.. Results please let me hear what you have to say.

Start with the newbie routine. Great starting size.

If you’ve done your reading, you’ll know the Newbie Routine really does work. There’s no custom routine that works better, especially when just starting. You’ll find a routine that fits your needs when your experience builds up naturally. You’ll try exercises and maybe devices and develop preferences based on what gives you the strongest Physiological Indicators.

If you want tips. Start doing the Newbie Routine. Learn what works for you then move forward. Do at least 90 days of the Newbie routine. Be fair to yourself and just relax. There’s no special tips to give anyone who hasn’t started PE other than my usual Advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

Good luck.

Sounds like ill start newbie. Thanks guys.

Hey Alien!

Welcome to Thunders

I agree that It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your the

I can see the newbie routine giving you the desired results which are very realistic, almost mundane. I wish you luck on your journey.

An easy answer: yes I think your goals are reasonable andd can be achieved. Just no warranty for the time span needed.

But as we say in German: patience brings roses…

By mundane do you mean that the goal should be or could be easily higher and realistic both? I’m new to this entirely so I have no idea. Also I’m going back n forth on if just the basic beginner routine is plenty to start with or should I add in something like a hydro max pump? ( I haven’t done much research to even know if they are worth it)

Your goal certainly seems attainable. Of course no one can guarantee. But if you follow a safe, sane, consistent routine I would bet that you reach your goal within the next year or so. But don’t focus on the time-line, just focus on doing your routine properly.

Newbie Routine is more than enough… too much for some. I started with the Linear Routine which is lighter. Don’t spend any money until you’ve finished the Newbie Routine… 3 to 4 months.

Good luck :)

Crazy Dave means mundane in the way that most guys set higher goals and higher goals are still reachable. I do not think he’s saying that you’re setting your goals too low. Just that it is unlikely to take you an extremely long time. And, with patience and care, I think I agree with his statement.

More importantly, if that is all you want, then that is perfectly fine. Keep in mind that there are plenty of guys who get the size they dream of then quit PE for good and are happy. Setting a simple goal, attaining and finishing with PE is a great way to save a ton of time in the long run, as well as money…tell you that much. *laughs*

As above for guidance. But you want tips.
Here are some suggestions.
1) Keep a separate file in wordpad or on real dead tree of all the things you find helpful, exercises, modified exercises etc.
2) Keep another separate log of what you are doing and how it affects you personally.
3) If you are going to change something, do so slowly and gradually in order to effectively guage its results.

I tried the log thing myself but in the end went with gut feelings and it’s serving me very well.
