Is moving onto clamps and hangers necessary
My theory is, a penis is like a muscle, and pumping blood into it in a regular routine enhances and builds it. Do we really need to increasingly intensify this exercise to actually see gains? Just like muscles, Penises lose their soreness after routines once they are being regularly worked. Muscles still grow at a healthy rate if you continue along the same routine. Perhaps people need to have more patience, and let their penis grow at a more natural, healthy rate, than stretching the limits and forcing their penis into intense practices like clamps and hanging. From what I gather, it causes injury and discoloration.
I’ve been doing a mild stretching/jelqing routine for 3 weeks now (4-5 30 second stretches and 250-300 jelqs) and I am feeling like my penis is becoming used to the routines, however, I am going to keep doing the same routine, perhaps slightly longer. In a couple months I will tell you where I am. I actually don’t measure but last year I was 7 inches long. I assume I am around 7 inches. I won’t really measure until I see some big gains, and I can feel and realize that I have made significant progress, otherwise I will just be playing with a ruler too much and stressing out about fractions of an inch.
