Goal NBPEL 19 cm EG 15 cm

1. Maybe. Try and see. When gains stop, change routine.
2. Good or lengthening I believe.
3. Heat is worthwhile doing throughout the process.
4. Kegels are good for the BC muscle if I remember right.

5/09/09 currently sat at 5.5bp" bp x 4.25 eg. Long term goal would be 7.5nbp x 6 eg

Being honest almost everyone on the forum gains 2-2,5 cm , a few pass 3cm.

So in my opinion 17,5-18 cm would be a reasonable goal.

From 6” to 8” - Proof its Possible! [B==D 2” B====D]
