Hi,

I’ve been doing this routine every other day for about 2 weeks now

10min warmup with ricesock
6m stretching (2 sets of five-way stretching with a rotary stretch in between each set)
10m jelqing (I alternate grips, OK grip, overhand grip and V-jelq. But I use mostly the OK grip)
5min hot shower

After I’m done jelqing I’ll get an erection and maintain it for a few minutes.
The thing is I have no idea if this is having any result at all.
I don’t feel any PI nor bad nor positive, I don’t have any morning wood (although I never had) and my EQ is pretty much the same. During the day I don’t feel my penis to be having a bigger flaccid, in fact it has been turtling due to the cold weather.
Also when I finish jelqing my penis is full and fatter but it goes away in just a few minutes, when I finish my hot shower my penis is pretty much as small as it was before I started my session.

I don’t know if I’m doing anything wrong or if this is normal, to not experience any effect at all.

Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately you can’t know so early if this is working or not. Generally after two weeks there is a better flaccid and you are a bit hornier. How about the frequence?

Keep going and set yourself a measurement date. Id guess 3 months would be suffice after you have finished the newbie routine. Re-evaluate then if you have too.

You should measure monthly man also you should watch your PI’s Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

What do you mean by frequence? The frequency of this routine? I do it every other day.

I talk specifically about PI’s on my post, the problem is I don’t have PI’s at all, nor positive nor negative.

Yeah I meant frequency. Try to swith to a 2 on/1 off - 2on /2 off next week and see how it goes.

I don’t have fuller flaccid either, but that obviously hasn’t hindered my gains. I do have improved EQ and frequency of nocturnal and morning wood, though. Your routine is just fine for a newbie, I don’t think it’s overdoing it. Maybe try doing 2 days on, 1 day off? If you have all neutral and no negative PIs it’s usually a sign of under training. Are you sure you’re performing all the exercises correctly?

From all the videos I’ve watched I think I’m doing the exercises correctly. I’ll follow your advice and try to switch to a 2 on / 1 off routine and see how that goes.
