Is it true that stretching ligs doesnt increase lenght

I had a reply that says stretching the ligs only makes the penis hang lower. That it does not increase erect lenght. If this is true why is there so much focus on this. Then I guess tunica stretching is the way to lenght gains

I’m six months into hanging and I thought ligaments were a component of making your dick longer.

Certainly the tunica needs focus also, but my ligaments take a beating every day and my dick hangs pretty much the same angle it did before I began PE three years ago, except an inch and a half longer.

I would love some more length, but untill I get rid of this curve, I can’t use it :-(

Hey king snake how you getting on with sorting the curve out if you find a good way of fixing it would like to no. I have curve use extender for it which pulls on ligs but not getting any joy with curve when using it.

My curve took care of its self in the first year.

It used to twist slightly to the left and now its straight as an arrow.

I would say that ligs being stretched will help your length, I have been hanging too and I have had the same observations as a-unit. My penis stays at the same angle as it has always been but it is an inch and 3/8ths longer than it used to be.

You misunderstood the reply you got. It said that lengthening the ligs won’t produce more penis, not that downward stretches (which I assume you mean when you talk about “stretching ligs”) won’t do you good.

Personally, I’m of the opinion that most if not all length gains come about because of a lengthening of the tunica - even when you’re stretching straight down - and I think this is what marinera meant as well.

My thinking exactly.

I am hanging now with the focus on the tunica, but the ligaments take most of the load and soreness, with feedback from the tunica only after several sets per day.

I am hopeful that this new approach will result in new gains

Marinera I know this is off topic but my question is are you totally against turtling or is turtling ok? I’m somewhat new to posting and asking questions on forum read alot different views on this exact topic and I wanted to see what you and others might think specific to this exact question.

In my mind turtling is to be avoided.

I wear my hanging wrap as an ADS to maintain length between sets as much as possible, unless the wife is around because she doesn’t know about my PE activities.

Turtling per se doesn’t hinders gains. The first times you do PE you can expect turtling as a defensive reaction because your body is not accustomed to the stress at all - don’t worry about that. But if after the few weeks your penis still turtles, this is a sign that you are using too much force, which is not optimal for gains, so ease up.
