Is it true that stretching ligs doesnt increase lenght

Shrinkback, or turtling, can be avoided by using an ADS.

I leave my hanging wrap on between sets throughout the day to avoid turtling, and to hopefully heal in an elongated state as well.

I used to turtle bike riding to the point of disappearing, before PE and wrapping.

Now I never do.

I couldn’t see how a turtled penis could grow, given everything I’ve learned here and seen in practice.

I suppose whether it affects gains or not comes down to how the body actually “retracts” the penis. I do not know the precise mechanics of “turtling”.

Does the body pull the shaft of the penis into the body from the base, like reeling in a line? Or does the structure of the shaft compress, like an accordion which making it shorter?

I don’t think the first one wouldn’t hurt gains, I actually think it might even help healing with the extra warmth, while the second may cause things to heal in a shortened state, which is the fear, but I personally am not convinced that this is fact.

I understand there is an actual penile structure that starts behind the base that not only pulls the penis inward for protection of several sorts…. From cold. From bodily stress and exhaustion and from signals feedback from the hypothalymus that you are through with sex and need refraction time. This structure also influences the tightening and scrotal pull toward the crux.

I am always wondering why the question is not asked, “How much actual meat do you have down there ?” And ultimately, by PE, whether turtled or not, whether flacid or not, whether erect or not, how much actual cell growth have you accomplished?

Have you by your efforts, merely added to the capacity of the unit to carry more blood ,whether flacid or erect? The Grower must, by this theory, have a greater expansion by “blood growth”, But as to how much meat down there; We all replicate every cell in our body every seven years, it is said. So along with this trend of replication you must with PE duplicate what is already there and proscribed by you natural DNA, but also add to the number of cells making up the meat by your methods.

So I believe the look of the turtle when just starting out and the look of the turtle after time in PE, is more revealing than any other test for growth. The turtle tells how much meat is actually there in it’s bloodless state!

You raise some good points howardson, and to the point about turtle size, mine seems to not entirely disappear any longer even though I’ve gained some fat pad in three years since commencing PE, which may indicate some tissue accumilation over that time.

I still refrain from travelling unwrapped mostly, unless I’m playing soccer, for obvious reasons.

When you stretch a woman and she screams Too much, Slow down, Ouch! That is when you know your big. Without having to ask, guess, or fish for compliments. Sometimes its the negative response from your partner that tells you what you need to know. A Reaction without a request, priceless knowledge.

Turtle

Howardson thanks for your input on turtling . Started PE in sept 2011 with extender put in about 400hrs and the turtle seems to be getting longer in that state. Stoped using extender at the end of feb2012 . I also did some ADS after that in may 2012. Till my penile bone hurt did that for about a month. No gain period of any kind .started back up in PE in Oct 2012 with extender in november 2012 did extender also with some jelg and clamping purchased both bib hangers . Started hanging 24th Jan 2013 with jelging till now had some major turtling and looked to the vets on the forum for advice and thanks for everyones input. Still figuring out how to use the bib hanger. I’ve been hanging with a sock hanger BTC and it can sneak up on you only using about 6.6lbs sinkers work great for small increment increases. That is when I had 4days of intense turtling and EQ went to zero I didnt do nothing those 4 days looking back after some reading and some feedback I missed an oppurtunity to ride the fatigue. That happed on feb 6th on 5th 20 min set of day. Howardson thank you for your post I’m new to the forum and sorry I got long winded just wanted to give a little of my PE history to the forum. Bibs hangers a built to last a lifetime I’m eventually gonna figure them out . Been doing alot of reading on bib hanger .

Several of us owe ex-football an apology. The thread is about stretching ligs and we hi-jacked to talk about “turtleing”. It is related (the opposite of) but neverless, off subject.

Depends on your penis exit point (the point on which your penis exits your body) It could be high(best potential for gains),mid(some potential for gains),low (low potential for gains).I started with high penis exit point and I got plenty of gains from lig stretch. Now my penis exit point is very low and I can’t gain more from stretching my ligs. But since my ligs are now runing along my shaft if want to get tunica gains hanging SO with/without a fulcrum I have to stretch my ligaments more because now they take most of the stress when I am haning So or So with fulcrum.

In 2010 I was using a mechanical stretcher in a hot bath.

I didn’t begin hanging until June of last year.

I achieved an inch in length in that first year and then stagnated, until I began hanging, which has got things rocking again.

I fulcrum hang seated and my ligaments don’t take all the load any longer and I can feel a distinct change in the stress in the shaft as a result.

Hey bad luck , sorry, been busy ! ,, sooo for now I’m just jelqing against my curve, which is not easy ,, I also do erect bends ,, so far not much of a change that I can tell.

I have a downward curve, the WORST F’ing kind to fix ,, I would go under the knife in a heart beat to get it fixed, if I had the money !!

I would say that if the ligaments are hindering potential erect length (shorter than TA), then stretching the ligaments could increase erect length.

If the ligaments aren’t hindering maximum TA length, then both must gain simultaneously through PE to get increased length. Bottom line, all cell material must gain equally together.

Interesting thread. I so want to start hanging but I lack the equipment. I just need 0.5” to get to my length goal. Stretching and jelqs no longer give me gains (mainly cause of increased thickness which means more force is needed to sufficiently stretch the tissue for gains).

Hey TheGr8Leviathan - Yes I can tell by your stats that you could really use that extra .5” LOL I am curious though about your current length because I’m deciding when to stop working at length & focus on girth. I want to be able to go in balls deep & to massage her clit with my pelvic bone. The last thing I want is to have to stop short. I have hit bottom with a few women, & the one I’m with now I felt very close to hitting bottom, but from behind, I did manage to hit bottom. She did that quick jerk like move that told me, ouch, not so deep. I’m curious why you want more than 9”. Is it for her pleasure?

On another note, I’ve been considering hanging also. I’ve been using an extender for about 1 1/2 years, & have gotten adequate results. I’ve also jelqed, which I’m not sure how much that has contributed to my length gains. At the moment, I’m wondering if I’ve plateaud. If so, I’m thinking to try hanging also, but only as long as I can progress faster than being patient with my extender. So are you planning on getting equipment to hang, & if so, any suggestions where to find something of high quality?
