I use my penis pump. I pump up not to much pressure, then I start sliding my hand down the tube, up and down as if masturbating. I do this for about 30 reps, not to much because it will create the pressure in the pump to increase. I was curious if this was the same as jelqing. Thanks.
That sounds like what we call milking the tube. Do you firmly grasp the tube and move it up and down?
In any event, it is not the same as jelqing, but it is a very effective pumping technique to stimulate blood flow and prevent blood stagnation when pumping for long periods of time.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
