I know that my penis is a valuable thing.. But I find PE very addicting (I don’t know why).. My routine I go 5 days on and 2 off. I just finished my 4th day (of my 3rd or 4th week) today and I over did my jelqing (have fairly good spotting on head and both sides of shaft). My question is I know that everyone recommends a day or more off for this.. I was wondering if I should still do some lite stretching and maybe just a few very lite jelqs (I am very committed to my 5 on 2 off) but I don’t want to wreck my penis and I know the safe thing would be to take the day off.. But I feel like I want to stretch even if it’s just a bit.. Should I?


Start (Aug.05): 6.6 BPEL x 4.375" EG

Now (Feb.2011): 8.6" BPEL x 6.0" EG...

Gains: 2.0" EL x 1.625" EG Way more than doubled my erect volume! PE for life. Anything is possible!

I kind of approach it like working out. 2 on 1 off. 2 on. 2 off. Your body needs time to recover.

Ok thanks. I took the day off and I think hopefully it will be all cleared up by tomorrow. It’s been 24 hrs now and the spots are very faint and light pink coloured so I hope they will clear up. If they do I will take it very easy tomorrow. I am starting to really wonder if I have gained any at all. I haven’t measured in a month but I just know it really doesn’t seem much bigger at all (other than flaccid size and improved erection quality). Do you guys think a 3 on and 1 off program is better than 5 on 2 off? I am considering to switch it up for my last week this PE month and once I reach one month when I measure I will be sure to tell the results (if any :( ).

Yeah, I use the 3 on 1 off routine. Having only been PEing for 2 weeks, I can tell erections are more firm and flaccid length is longer. It works for me, try it out. Your penis is just like any other muscle in your body and you need to give it rest. Working out muscles is alot of patience. Do not get ahead of yourself, and just look forward to the day you measure :) Best of luck

Well I am a dumbass… sorry for the swear. But I thought everything looked fine and dandy (after all I did wait a day). I did my stretching, no problems. So I jelqed and afterwards remove my hands and KA-POW! Multiple dark red spots on the shaft (the head ones didn’t come back… the shaft ones were worse now tho). Everything seriously looked ok before I started and after the stretching things seemed good. The jelqs were very low intensity and only maybe 30-40% erect at most. At least its only spotting and I will take at least 2 days off now, they already look pretty ok and tomorrow they will probably look ok but to be safe I will do no PE for 2 days. It sucks tho cause I measure soon (just over a week) and I was hoping to get a solid week in. Oh well I bet I gained some. Not like a ton, but its a long process and any gain is a good gain.
