Hi, I am new and I was wondering if PE is safe. I have been looking around at other sites and some people say it is dangerous because it damages tissue and causes problems later on.

Also, I am looking for a good routine (because Im pretty sure it is safe I just want to check before i get too into it). My penis is about 5 3/4 and I want to get it to about seven with a nice girth. How can i get started, and how long will it take me to do? Keep in mind that I don’t have much time to my self. If and when i do start I probably can’t until the summer.

You are starting out where I was (5.875x4.875).

This is average. I am now 7.375x5.375.

Are there risks? Yes but if you don’t act like a fool and try to murder your dick you will easily make your goal with probably only minimal injuries if any at all. probably mainly “red dots”.

I sugest 5 min of stretching (10 reps of 30 sec stretch straight out) and 10 min of jelqing (about 200 - 3 sec medium intensity) and that is it for a few weeks then add jelq time and minutes stretching as you feel comfortable. good luck and good gains.

I have been at this only for about 5 1/2 months, I am considered a “fast gainer” so this is not at all typical, probably an average of 1/8” length per month is more typical.

This is more difficult to explain. your grip should be tight enough so that your stroke will last for 3 seconds before reaching the head but you should not have to exert a large amount of force to do make it in 3 seconds.
