Is it safe to do the firegoat roll right after masturbating?

Hi, new here and new to helming. Been doing it for about a month and then I got some discoloration from jelqing from too high of an erection level I think. So I tried the fire goat roll and it’s been helping. Sometimes tho I will masturbate and right after do it.

When I still have an erection coming down after masturbating my penis feels different than just having a boner, something cause of ejaculation on the inside?? Anyways I was wondering if I could do any potential damage to my penis this way of doing the roll right after ejaculating.. I am a hypochondriac and am a little worried but after doing it my member still looks the same.. I was just worried I twisted it too much from the fire goat roll after masturbating since my penis feels different doing it then. Am I worrying too much?? The fire goat roll is safe right? I roll my penis on my palms to remove discoloration on TOP of the shaft, but I worry I apply too much pressure sometimes

Since it is a technique to promote healing it should certainly be safe. If you are trying to use it for something other then healing, then perhaps you are using too much pressure.
