Is it realy safe?
Hello to You all,
I am Yves and new on the forum, but already doing PE for 5-6 weeks. In the past I was very sceptical about PE, but after seeing some gains that changed. I am doing the basic exercises as stretch and jelq for 30 minutes / day, up to now without any problems or injuries.
So actually I am satisfied but still not 100% sure that PE is safe on the long run, although I do it on the natural way (neither pills nor hangers).
When I came across a website of a man called Dr. Lin (actionlove.com) my scepticism returned. Is he showing real victims of PE or is it out of proportion and is he only trying to sell his own products?
Is there anyone who can reassure me by telling the truth?
