Is it really worth all the effort?
To all the new guys out there, maybe a little sceptical about PE, a little unsure if the effort is worth it, I can tell you it is. And I pop back into Thunder’s place every now and then just to see how the site is getting along (78,000 members….!!!) and just to say that I am at least one example of someone who was active some time ago, but now only spends about 3 secs in the shower every day with some stretches (if I am awake enough), and the gains I “cemented” a few years back are still there.
So, if you are doubting if any gains might be lost if you stop PE, I would stop worrying. I am still pleased I spent some time learning how to jelq and hang, I don’t have a 10incher, but those gains were permanent.
Go for it and have fun doing it - it can be quite addictive, but above all take care.
